Treatments
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is used to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia.
Hot Oil Massage
A hot oil massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of warm, fragrant oils to promote relaxation and relieve tension in the body. During a hot oil massage, Aon typically warms the oil to a comfortable temperature and applies it to the skin using long, smooth strokes.
Back & Neck Massage
A back, neck, and shoulder massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on the specific areas of the back, neck, and shoulders that are most prone to tension and stress. During a back, neck, and shoulder massage, Aon uses various techniques, such as kneading, tapping, and friction, to release tension in the muscles and promote relaxation.
Full Body Massage
During a full body massage, Aon typically works on the back, neck, arms, legs, and feet, using various techniques such as long strokes, kneading, and friction to help release tension and improve circulation. Aon may also use lighter touch on the head, face, and scalp to help soothe the mind and promote overall relaxation.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of essential oils to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve physical and emotional well-being. During an aromatherapy massage, Aon typically uses a combination of light, gentle strokes and the application of essential oils to the skin.
Foot Massage
A foot massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses specifically on the feet, using various techniques to relieve tension and promote relaxation. During a foot massage, Aon's Thai Deep Tissue Massage uses techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and friction to help release tension in the feet and improve circulation.
